Exware Solutions has unveiled a new Online Support Site, allowing clients and users world-wide better information and help on how to best maintain their website and take advantage of the many features of the ExSite Webware content management system.

The support site is just a click away at http://support.exsitewebware.com and provides such resources as: 

• Forums
• News and announcements
• Downloadable documentation 
• Searchable online articles and knowledgebase 
• Software downloads

The documentation and forums can be freely read by anyone, while posting to the forums and software downloads are secured by a free registration.  Users simply have to click the "Register for an account" link, and will be set up with a login ID in less than a minute.

The forums are primarily for those in need of technical help or who want to make feature requests.  However browsing the forums can also provide great insights into how ExSite Webware works, and the creative ways that different organisations are putting it to work.  Help request topics are visible to all readers, making it easy to share solutions, and find answers to common questions.  Issues that involve confidential information can alternatively be handled though Exware's email or telephone support lines.

The new Online Support Site has itself been built using standard ExSite plug-ins.  This allows user of the site a chance to see first-hand ExSite functionality that they may not have been aware of, and which can be easily replicated on their own ExSite-powered websites.
